The purpose of (PAGCOR) is to to generate government funds used for health and other social activities. Casino gambling , online gaming and other amusement activities under PAGCOR is considered important tourist attraction generating national revenue.
The Philippines has more casinos than many other countries. Macau,
has less than Philippines where about twenty casinos found in Metro Manila alone.

In the Us it is illegal to gamble on a website based in the United States. So you should stay outside the country if you are planning to operate an online gambling site. You must also deal only with casino and poker wagers from people in the US.
